G. Russell Donaldson is the Founder and President of the Law Offices of G. Russell Donaldson, PC, opening the practice in 1999. He is a seasoned trial attorney who has successfully litigated cases in negligent and intentional personal injury & auto accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, real estate and mortgage contract and fraud litigation, consumer protection cases, family law, as well as high profile class action matters for his clients in both state and federal courts. Rachael Breen graduated from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law in May, 2011. While in law school, Ms. Breen served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Pamela A. North in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Ms. Breen practiced as a Student Attorney in the University of Baltimore Community Development Clinic and served as a Legal Intern at a title company in Baltimore County. In November, 2012, Ms. Breen joined the Law Offices of G. Russell Donaldson, P.C. and was immediately immersed in a complex class action litigation advancing the cause of Maryland consumers who were victims of a real estate and mortgage fraud scheme. Since joining the Law Offices of G. Russell Donaldson, Ms. Breen has successfully litigated and or settled numerous cases on behalf of the firm’s clients. Additionally, Ms. Breen holds a Certificate of Concentration in Real Estate Practice and supports the firm’s real estate clients. Ms. Breen is admitted to practice in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Cathy earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree in Business graduating Cum Laude from the University of Maryland University College. She went on and is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate.
Cathy joined The Law Offices of G. Russell Donaldson, PC in 2009 and has an established practice in family law and real property transactional work and litigation. For more than 30 years Cathy has been a real estate practitioner giving her a unique insight into the complex real property and family law issues of her clients. She has taught as an adjunct professor teaching Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure and Substantive Criminal Law and she is an invitee lecturer at Albany Law School and Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Cathy has been a sought after instructor for individuals seeking to obtain licensure as Realtors and maintaining continuing required real estate education credits. Cathy is also a certified mediator and sits as a mediator in real estate contract and other legal disputes.
Ms. Lindberg founded the Patrick Faltynksi Memorial Fund in 1994 in memory of an eighth grade classmate and friend who died of brain cancer at the age of 14. She works continuously at raising money for missing children and young adults and has raised money for Missing and Exploited Children’s Centers.
Ms. Lindberg is a lifelong resident of Maryland and daughter of Maryland horse racing legend, William J. Passmore who raced in the Kentucky Derby and Preakness and became a Maryland horse racing Steward.
Through the Law Offices of G. Russell Donaldson, Ms. Lindberg is member of the American Association for Justice and endeavors to fight for the justice and the rights of her clients.
